The purpose of the repository

The multi-institutional repository of SciVie is used to store e-documents and e-publications of authors employed at participating institutions. Documents stored in the repository are open access, without restrictions, with the exception of publications which are protected by copyright or publisher contracts and are placed in the repository under an embargo.

Information for authors

Only users from participating institutions may register in the system and deposit documents. Registration using an official email address (@gozdis.si, @kis.si, @nib.si, @bf.uni-lj.si, @mbss.org) is required. After a work is submitted its suitability will be checked by an editor, who will provide final confirmation of the accessibility of the work in the repository after receiving a signed declaration of authorshipOnly users from participating institutions may register in the system and deposit documents. Editors keep signed declarations by authors on the ownership of exclusive material copyright on works deposited, and that all authors listed explicitly allow publication.
